JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. (a) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to pay the arrear salary against 5th and 6th Pay Scale to the petitioner which is admittedly dues against the head of U.G.C. (1996 Scale) salary difference from 1.4.1997 to 31.3.2007 and also salary difference from 1.4.2007 to 3.9.2016.

(b) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the

4,27,212.00 out of total dues of Rs.

7,60,256.00, as Rs. 3,33,044.00 already paid to the petitioner on 21.9.2017."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed a representation before the Respondent No. 3, Registrar, Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, on 20.02.2018 vide Annexure-3 to the present writ application, for redressal of his grievance but the said representation is still pending.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, respondent no. 3, the Registrar, Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
