Petitioner and tractor alleged to be stolen were handed over to the police by the informant of this case after two days of the alleged occurrence of theft.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria ( R.S) P.S.case No. 342 of 2015.
