Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was arrested by the police in connection with a case in which confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded and thereafter, he was remanded in the present case in which again, his confessional statement was recorded and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Kudra P.S.
