Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The recovery of liquor is alleged from a truck. Submission is that neither the truck is of the petitioner nor the petitioner was apprehended at the time of recovery. Only allegation is that the petitioner is involved in business of liquor with Nand Lal Sahni. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2018. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
