JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is accusation against the petitioner that he established physical relation with the informant on false promise of marriage and subsequently, when the informant became pregnant, he got aborted her pregnancy on 20.6.2015. The informant was medically examined on 30.6.2015 but the Doctor did not find any sign of abortion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) S.Pandey/- U T
