This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of arrears of salary for the period of 01.04.2011 to 30.11.2012 and for the period December, 2017 to February, 2018. Petitioner has filed application before the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Sheikhpura on 05.12.2012
Patna High Court CWJC No.4685 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 (Annexure-3) but the same has not been considered. It is submitted that petitioner would be filing a comprehensive application in respect of her claim within a period of two weeks. In the event such application is filed before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura, respondent No.12, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura is directed to dispose of the petitioner's claim within a period of eight weeks thereafter by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
