The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, six unknown miscreants committed dacoity in the bank.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. No looted money has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Other similarly situated accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court and petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
