2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 20.12.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai in Maintenance Case No. 68 of 2016/47 of 2016 by which Rs. 2,000/- per month in favour of the opposite party no. 1, who is the wife of the petitioner and Rs. 1,000/- in favour of opposite party no. 2, who is son of the petitioner, has been awarded as interim maintenance.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application.
