The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaul P.S. Case No.235 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the alleged recovery was made from a car standing near a temple situated at Nandu Tola. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18695 of 2021(2) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No.7672 of 2020 arising out of Khagaul P.S. Case No.235 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
