JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the Universities. Mr. Shubh Narain Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits that almost all the dues payable to the petitioner has been cleared by the respondents and only certain amount has not been paid as yet and as such he submits that although substantial amount has been paid but the grievance of the petitioner has not been fully redressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12514 of 2016(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 In view of the fact that substantial grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the University indicating therein the unpaid dues and the Vice Chancellor will examine the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It goes without saying that if the Vice Chancellor finds that admitted dues is payable to the petitioner, he may also pass appropriate order within a further period of one month from such decision so that the consequential benefit is made available to the petitioner.
