The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama P.S. Case No. 123/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter went to school but did not return. On enquiry and during course of search, the informant came to know that Anil Yadav with the help of his mother and brother-in-law, the petitioner (Ajay Yadav) kidnapped the victim.

It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be brother-inlaw of Anil Yadav and he is resident of another village. On mere suspicion the petitioner has been implicated in the case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44352 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 123/2015.
