The petitioner seeks bail in Tandwa P.S. Case No. 27/2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and other sections of the Arms Act. Two persons namely Ladu Singh @ Amresh Singh and Danveer Singh were going towards Tandwa by motorcycle. Ladu Singh and the petitioner were arrested. Nineteen (19) live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2015.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
