2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that in light of the order dated 21.08.2023 passed in
Patna High Court MJC No.407 of 2024(8) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 CWJC No. 3357 of 2023, the representation filed by the petitioner in respect of the payment of remaining amount of retiral dues after granting benefit of A.C.P. within a period of six weeks, has been disposed of vide Memo No. 344 dated 03.03.2025 and the payment has already been made within the said period. Learned counsel informs that the details about the payment made to the petitioner is contained in paragraphs no. 5 and 6 of the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 7- the Executive Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization (Work Division), Madhepura.
3. In view of the aforesaid information, the contemnor is not required to be proceeded. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is consigned.
