The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No.165 of 2014 registered under Sections 399, 462 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner alongwith 5 others was apprehended by the police and on search being made by the police, one live cartridge and one mobile set were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that while the petitioner has been made accused in six
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20312 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 other cases but in all the cases, he is on bail. In the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Asutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Barh, District-Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No.165 of 2014. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner.
