The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.7.2017 passed in CWJC No. 7650 of 2017 to the extent of correction of Khata number of the land in question as 158 instead of 185. However, correct Khata number of the plot number 686 situated in village Gidha gets reflected from Annexure 1 of the main writ application as Khata No. 158.
Learned counsel for the respondent State has no objection
Patna High Court MJC No.2947 of 2017(2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 for such modification in the order to the extent of correction of Khata number.
Accordingly, let in paragraph 3 of the order dated 26.7.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7650 of 2017, Khata No. 185 be read as Khata No. 158.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main writ application in course of the day.
