The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 333 litres of illicit liquor from a Bolero vehicle and the petitioner is said to be apprehended subsequently upon the confessional statement of the co-accused persons apprehended from the spot. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
