The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mairwa P.S. Case No.335 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Six litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the back side of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that it was Pradeep Kumar Ram, who was selling liquor from the back side of the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no concern with the recovered liquor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the recovery is not made from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.6797 of 2020(4) dt.31-08-2020 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
