In case, the petitioner files representation before the Madarsa Board, the Madarsa Board is required to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner after hearing all the stakeholders within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ application stands disposed of.
