Petitioner is Associate Professor in Home Science in Patna University presently posted at M.M. College.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that she has not been paid the difference of arrears on account of revision of Sixth Pay revision. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondents are adopting pick and choose and are not extended the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3758 of 2018 (2) dt.23-03-2018 2/2 benefit of revision of pay-scale in Sixth Pay Revision to this petitioner whereas in similar circumstances, others have been granted such benefit.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to take appropriate decision with regard to the payment of arrears of difference of pay revision and ensure payment to this petitioner, if not already decided and paid, within a maximum 60 days from date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
