2. Learned counsel for the State has raised a preliminary objection and submits that the present petition challenges the order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Begusarai, in Dhakhil Kharij Appeal No. 124 of 2024-25. He further submits that under the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.3202 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 Land Mutation Act, 2011, the said order, which has been challenged before this Hon'ble Court, may also be challenged in revision under Section 14 of the said Act.

3. As such, the present writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Revisional Authority.
