The accusation against petitioner is that he, along with others, opened fire causing fire-arm injury to the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner. Moreover, the parties have already compromised the case.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
