This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 724 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the recovery of liquor has been made near the house of the petitioner which does not belong to him, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
