14-10-2015 Heard Sri Nawal Kishore Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Amit Kumar Rakesh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
After some argument, learned counsel for petitioners makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioners may approach the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.

No.46145 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if petitioners appear before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably on the same date.
