2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed reply to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3.
3. Let it be kept on record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to correct cause title portion regarding respondent no.1 in course of the day.

By filing the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed to quash the letter issued on 26.10.2018 under the signature of Director Higher Education to Chairman cum Director, Bhojpuri Academy and also letter dated 31.10.2018 issued by the Chairman cum Director, Bhojpuri Academy and to regularize the service of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3475 of 2019 dt.18-03-2024 2/2 the petitioners and to pay the entire salary which are due to the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid discussions, I deem it proper to direct the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.1) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.1) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsel.
7. Needless to state that the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.1) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
