The petitioner is aggrieved by the order, dated 24.11.2017, passed by the DCLR, Paliganj, in Misc. Case No. 105 of 2016-17.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the order passed by the DCLR directing for measurement of the land in question is not correct inasmuch as the DCLR has exceeded his jurisdiction in a proceeding instituted by respondent nos. 5 and 6 .
Patna High Court CWJC No.3002 of 2018(7) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 Learned Counsel for the State submits that the impugned order is appealable before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed with a direction to challenge the impugned order passed by the DCLR before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna.
