2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent nos. 5 & 6 to pass an appropriate order regarding appointment of Urdu Teacher in terms of notification of the Education Department bearing no. 1269 dated 25.09.2019.

3. Considering the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned District

Patna High Court CWJC No.2512 of 2022(5) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 Appellate Authority for consideration of his matter within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The District Appellate Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties. The District Appellate Authority is also directed to condone the delay, if any, in filing of the appeal.
