The petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2014 in a case under sections 302,201/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and similarly situated 9 accused persons have already been allowed bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.B.Kumar, JM, Bhagalpur in Kotwali (Barari) Police station Case No. 681 of 2012.
