2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 16.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5857 of 2017.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 3, Annexure-A whereof being letter No. 347 dated 03.04.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied
