The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that her husband was killed. She suspected that Badri Tibrewal, uncle of her husband, got her husband killed by some unknown criminals. During the course of investigation name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of accused Kapildeo Yadav. Badri Tiberawal has already been enlarged on bail. Save and except confession of co-accused no further tangible material is collected. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
