2. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last occasion, vide order dated 01.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56980 of 2022, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

3. Trial Court report reveals that six chargesheet witnesses and seven witnesses of seizure list have already been examined and now, the case is pending for evidence of investigating officer.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
