2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S Case No. 432 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96 and 87 read with 3(5) of BNS Act.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with co-accused have abducted the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 31.10.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, case diary and impugned order and statement of victim under Section 183 B.N.S.S it appears that, victim has voluntarily gone to the house of her friend and there is no allegation of sexual assault against the petitioner by the victim.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S Case No. 432 of 2024.
