The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 27.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5122 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 07.05.2014 and up till now there is no progress in the trial which is evident from the report of the learned trial Judge, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner, serious in nature, and finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49069 of 2015 (3) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 rejected in connection with S. Tr. No. 36 of 2015 arising out of Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014 pending in the court of A.D.J. Sheikhpura.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within nine months. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
