JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Consequential benefit in respect of petitioner's entitlement by virtue of quashing of order of punishment has been paid to the petitioner as is evident from show cause filed by the respondent-authorities.

Petitioner's counsel submits that on account of earned leave he has not been given full payment.

Counsel for Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation, Patna submits that dues and admissible arrears of salary has been paid to the petitioner.

Insufficiency on account of earned leave paid to the

Patna High Court MJC No.361 of 2019(3) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 petitioner is not an issue which can be looked into by this court in contempt jurisdiction.

Since order dated 27.06.2019 ensures substantial compliance of court's order, this court would dispose of contempt application and grant liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy in accordance with law.
