JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2014 in relation to Complaint Case No.1372 of 2006 instituted under Section-498 A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that the complainant and the petitioner are not married, which is evident from the voters list which has been published earlier. The learned Sessions Judge has rejected the bail application merely on the ground that there is an allegation and his earlier anticipatory bail application has been dismissed by the High Court.
