The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansurchak PS Case no.102 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 18 ltrs. of liquor from the front of the house of the petitioner and he succeeded in fleeing away. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his shop though he is accused in one more case but he is on bail in that case. He is in custody since 21.12.2019 so far this case is concerned. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6134 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Mansurchak PS Case No.102/19 dated 20.12.2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
