Case No. 358 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Allegation is that there is a recovery of 2 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner and he is in custody since 14.11.2019. He is ready to cooperate in the investigation as well as during trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
