2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for quashing the part of the letter as contained in memo no. 140 dated 17.02.2015, whereby the land of the petitioner besides other land have been settled in favour of respondent no. 6 for the purposes of Shairat without cancellation of the settlement made in favour of the petitioner, who falls in category of land less. (ii) Also for commanding the respondent not to disturb the possession of

(iii) Also for any other appropriate relief(s) to which petitioner is found entitled either in the eye of law or in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to the counter affidavit of the State, particularly Annexure-C which is the certificate granted by the petitioner himself to the Circle Officer, Bakhtiarpur, Patna stating that he is satisfied with the measurement made by the respondents. He has also taken to Annexure-B, that is the measurement details which led to his satisfaction.

4. In that background, since a certificate has already been given by the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous, accordingly, disposed of.
