Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the doctor has found simple injury which would be evident from the injury report annexed with the bail petition.

Since allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury at the head, petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death. Therefore, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18557 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 605 of 2020.

Hence, prayer is refused.
