The petitioner is in custody in connection with NDPS Case No. 101 of 2019 arising out of Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 466 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 188 IPC, 52 Prisoner's Act and 20,22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that total 16.330 Kgs of Ganja was seized while the petitioner was in custody. He is in custody on remand since 21.12.2018.
