Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur) P.S. Case No. 651 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He never demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant ever. Petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Moreover, petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 5000/- per month to the informant for her maintenance,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18693 of 2021(5) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 as stated in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayan) P.S. Case No. 651 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
