Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner, at this stage, and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case no. 138/2013 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge I-cum- Special Judge, Siwan stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
