Ashdullah and Madan Paswan, in connection with Ghorasahan Police Station Case No. 273 of 2015, under Sections 447/674/468/471/472/406/409/420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. R. B.Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45462 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
