Petitioner is in custody connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was in loot of truam. He further submits petitioner was not named in the FIR and during investigation his name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

The petitioner is in custody since 7.10.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody for nearly four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the
