JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have uttered the caste name of the informant with intent to humiliate him and his other family members and subsequently, petitioner and others assaulted the informant and his associates and also made firing but admittedly, none has sustained fire-arm injury. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua.
