JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Vide Annexure-4, the salary of the petitioner has been stopped purportedly on the ground of verification of the educational / training certificate. The letter contained in Annexure-4 is dated 12th October, 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the name of verification, the respondent cannot keep the salary of the petitioner in abeyance. He submitted that the verification of certificate is required to be completed at the earliest so that the petitioner may not go without salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per instruction of his client the respondents have completed the verification yet they have not passed any order on the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3678 of 2018 (2) dt.23-03-2018 2/2 In view of the above if the respondents have to verify the certificate, they have to complete the verification and pass final order within a period of one month from today and if it is found that the certificate of the petitioner is genuine, necessary order for release of salary shall be passed by the respondent No.6, District Programme Officer, Jamui within a maximum period of two months so that the petitioner may be paid his salary, arrears and current forthwith.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
