2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners killed the informant's daughter due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They live separately from the victim and her husband. Deceased committed suicide.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that there is direct allegation against these petitioners that they killed informant's daughter in a planned

6. Considering the fact that the deceased died at the house of these petitioners within seven years of marriage in a mysterious circumstance, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
