This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.09.2015 passed by the learned Special Judge Vigilance (Trap) Patna in Special Case No. 35 of 2012 arising out of Economic Offence Case No. 11 of 2012 by which the learned Court below rejected the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge.
