The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her married daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner and others.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. and disclosed that on the threat of death the petitioner kidnapped her and solemnized marriage with her. The victim is a major girl. She was earlier married with some one. The victim left her house out of free will. On perusal of the record it appears that the informant herself stated that her daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner and others. The victim also disclosed that she was married. The

Considering the aforesaid fact and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 17.01.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Purnea in Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 3 of 2014.
