2. The parties however jointly pray that the matter may be disposed of in view of the stand of the respondents in para-6 of the
Patna High Court MJC No.2598 of 2016 dt.31-08-2016 2/2 show cause filed today after serving a copy thereof on learned counsel for the petitioner. According to Annexure-S/1 enclosed with such show cause, a reasoned order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner in compliance of the order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18448 of 2015.
3. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2598 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
