This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 229 of 2021 (Excise Case No. 647 of 2021) for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested by the police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
